Studio Policies
To ensure the highest quality of service and respect for time, we kindly ask that you review our guidelines before your appointment. As I am based within a salon, all appointments are also subject to the salon’s general policies and environment.
Cancellation & No-Show
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. One reschedule is permitted per booking when done within the allowed timeframe. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Media & Privacy
Please request permission before taking any photos or videos of the technician during your appointment. To respect the privacy of others, consent must be given before capturing any content within the salon. I may also request your permission to take photos or videos of your nails for content purposes.
Booking & Appointment Policy

Appointments may be booked up to 1 hour in advance based on availability.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits go toward your total service. - Please ensure the correct service and add-ons are selected when booking to allow proper time for your appointment.
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your appointment may need to be adjusted or canceled.
